Blaskovich Family Dental is accepting new patients of all ages, from first visits to seniors. Below is everything you need to know before your first visit — insurance, financing, what to bring, and what we'll do.
Your First Visit
About 60 to 90 unhurried minutes.

Health history & introductions
A brief conversation about why you're here, your past dental experiences, and any concerns. We'll review your medical history and any medications.

Digital X-rays
A full set of digital X-rays gives your dentist a complete picture of your teeth, roots, and bone — including areas that aren't visible on a routine exam.
- 03
Comprehensive exam
Your dentist examines each tooth, your gums, your bite, and the soft tissues. An oral cancer screening is part of every comprehensive exam.
- 04
Periodontal evaluation
Pocket depths around each tooth are measured to assess gum health.
- 05
Findings and plan
You'll get a clear summary of what's healthy, what to monitor, and what (if anything) needs treatment — along with insurance estimates and timeline.
- 06
Cleaning
A professional cleaning is often done the same day. Patients with significant tartar buildup or periodontal disease may need this scheduled separately.

In-network with Delta Dental Premier. We also accept most Delta Dental PPO plans.
We're also in-network with Cigna, United Concordia, Humana, GEHA, and Ameritas through the Careington and Connection Dental networks. Have a different dental plan? We’re happy to file your claim with your insurance company for you.

Financing Through CareCredit and Cherry
Spread larger treatment over months.
For larger treatment plans (implants, smile makeovers, full-arch restoration), we accept CareCredit and Cherry financing. Qualifying patients can break treatment costs into monthly payments; CareCredit often offers 0% interest for 6 to 24 months.
