Your First Visit

Health history & introductions
A brief conversation about why you're here, your past dental experiences, and any concerns. We'll review your medical history and any medications.

Digital X-rays
A full set of digital X-rays gives your dentist a complete picture of your teeth, roots, and bone — including areas that aren't visible on a routine exam.
- 03
Comprehensive exam
Your dentist examines each tooth, your gums, your bite, and the soft tissues. An oral cancer screening is part of every comprehensive exam.

Periodontal evaluation
Pocket depths around each tooth are measured to assess gum health.
- 05
Findings and plan
You'll get a clear summary of what's healthy, what to monitor, and what (if anything) needs treatment — along with insurance estimates and timeline.
- 06
Cleaning
A professional cleaning is often done the same day. Patients with significant tartar buildup or periodontal disease may need this scheduled separately.

Blaskovich Family Dental accepts most major PPO insurance plans and bills your insurance directly as a courtesy. Common plans we work with:

Our in-house savings plan.
For patients without dental insurance, our in-house dental savings plan provides reduced fees on all services for a flat annual membership. It's not insurance — it's a simpler, more direct alternative that often saves uninsured patients more than buying a traditional dental plan.

Photo ID

Recent X-rays or dental records from a previous dentist, if available.
New patient forms can be completed online before your visit, which saves time when you arrive. We'll email or text you a secure link after you schedule.
